The "IQT Range" is a part-turn electric valve actuator that has obtained international explosion-proof certification as well as domestic explosion-proof certification in Japan. It features an intelligent design with a graphical interface for detailed status and alarm displays, remote display capabilities, compatibility with various networks, and a data logger. Main specifications and features: - Supported torque and thrust: "IQT3" 90° turn: 125–3000Nm - Easy configuration using the BTST (Bluetooth Setting Tool). - Individual cumulative data and event loggers are available, allowing data extraction for asset management. - Compatible with field networks such as Profibus and HART. In pursuit of realizing a hydrogen energy society, we are currently applying for domestic certification for steam gas group IIC! The pressure-resistant explosion-proof performance meets Exd IICT4 standards and complies with protection structure IP68. It can be used in hazardous locations of zone 1 and zone 2, including hydrogen gas and acetylene, making it suitable for applications in liquefied hydrogen production facilities, hydrogen storage sites, hydrogen stations, steelworks, chemical plants, and glass factories in hydrogen gas and acetylene gas atmospheres.
